I've been pounding in vertical supports for years, using a sledgehammer, ladder and lots o' elbow grease. When I showed up and saw the excavator my jaw dropped. We were simply able to push the 4x4's in by lightly pressing the bucket on the top of them. and the bucket was the best way work platform for everything else. Just jump in the bucket, and have your buddy move you into position! need to move the rail into position? easy! just strap it to the bucket and move it where ever! I highly recomend everyone using an excavator when putting in thier next rail/rails.

Ahh yeah, can't wait to hit um up, I was selling boards in Salinas and you guys were sliding rails. Josh's back lip on the incline is dope. Are all three of them still up?

I wanna come Thursday Riley! Long time no see/talk. I called Josh right after you posted this thread and said his back lip was dope! Your slide is steezy to on the flat rail (I think its you on the white roam). Anyways, stoked he put up a girl flat-bar for me. Havent ridden rails since we went to O-Dub in 06'!

oh man! Had I known you could use an excavator, I would have pulled mine out of the garage and used it! Regardless, those angles are sweet!

Riley, I called Joshie today right after I saw the post so its on!! As for the rail-morning, boat-afternoon....maybe Saturday? Brodie hooked me up with some Flyhigh sacs and I pitched out the prop on Show Me so we're running 1300 + the 900 stock, plus heads the wake has been sick! Some guys on here say they put almost 4k in an X2 like mine or an X1, but I dont know where they put it cuz she's pretty much max'd, rub rails only 8 inches off the water. Lets do this!!

jarrod if the rub rail has 8 inches till its in the water that means you have 7,7/8" more room to load that thing down.

Not when you have Brodie Chaboya behind the wheel and anything shiny(girls) in the boat. He drives in S's and swamps the nose everytime as it is. Hahahaha. Sorry, couldnt resist Brodie!
