SS Choice same as response???

Is this the original response before they went with the all wood core?

From what I've seen, they are the exact same shape. Core materials might be a tad different, not sure on that. I think the big difference is that the response has a slightly more durable base. So that makes the response more durable, but makes the choice weigh less.

Basically the Choice does not have the grind base that all the other Slingshots have. It is definitely more light. You will shred the base of it up if you take it to a cable park.

They used to be same shape, I think the Response changed a bit. Totally different manufacturing processes/cores, and like Tim said, you don't want to use the Choice on obstacles. I also experienced a lack of warranty with the Choice in comparison to the Response.

My experience has been with the 2013 Response and the 2014 Choice. I am not sure about the 2014 Response. It may be different.
