Hi all!
The problem with the S-Bend is that I bend my knees at the top. For several months now I can't do a S-Bend ...
What advice will there be?

Don't stress about the knees bending, it's because your head and then body aren't leading the rotation. The board has already gone half way around and then stops to wait for the rest of you to catch up, then you have to force the rest of the spin. This is happening because you have uneven weight on your feet. Take a longer, less aggressive turn and approach and make sure you get your weight distribution a little more even on both feet.
