Stealth Surf Pipe through power wedge

I chose to build my own Surf Pipe for my 2007 Malibu 247 because what I wanted didn't exist for sale. Otherwise I'd have bought from FAE like my previous boat. Had mentioned I was working on this in a few of the threads so thought I'd share.

Ended up with a center exit surf pipe that drops through the power wedge and also replaces the muffler on the inside with a merge collector for max flow.

Thanks! I think patience is a better word. Took me probably 10x longer than should have.

But we absolutely LOVE this setup. More room in the bilge to service things because of muffler delete and the lower exhaust tips being removed.

Love being able to talk to the people in the boat without yelling, and of course not breathing exhaust.

Still enormously easier to buy from FAE. But I wanted it through the wedge and more direct inside than stock Malibu. This did both. Worked great.

Wish I'd have done it last year when I wanted to.
