Pro wake tour information please !

I am going to the Pro wake tour in Acworth , GA. I would like some info if you have attended the
event before. My question is should I take the boat or is it more fun on shore ?

Lat year was our first year for a PWT event and we went to Ackworth stop. It was great. There are pros and cons for taking a boat of either being on shore. We took our boat and went into the event with it on a trailer, which you are really not supposed to do. Since we were the first ones to arrive, we caught them off guard and then let us bring it in. It was such a cluster.....I'm pretty sure they didn't allow anyone to bring their's in after us. But after that was over, we had a great time.

Being on shore, you can meet the pros, get free swag and socialize. Being in the boat is great as well. We are going back this year and plan on taking the boat. We'll probably go into the event in the morning by land and then hang out in the boat in the afternoon. I think the viewing is probably about the same for either location. I do suggest bringing plenty of anchors if you bring a boat. We fought with the lines all day.

I have been to the Acworth stop several times. I have never been on a boat but that looks like the way to go. My vote is boat. Have fun but Please no wake if you leave or enter during the tournament.

Depends on what you're looking for. If you like the party scene the boat is the way to go.
