I have a 2005 sanger v210 and on either side of the engine, there are these plastic panels wrapped in carpet. Mine are very warped and coming apart. What can I use to make new panels that separate the engine compartment from the ski lockers. I have a 400lbs fat sac in each ski locker that pushes against these panels and is probably part of the reason they are so warped. Thanks!

Mine are made of wood wrapped in carpet and they are holding up fine since 98. I would get marine grade plywood and go to town

I'd ask Sanger if they could make you two out of their 'Aqua' plywood. The other possibility would be to add a reinforcing brace to the back side of your existing panels to get them back into shape and keep them there. One or two 2" pieces on the length of the back side would do it.

Mine are ply in my 03 and they are perfect. I have custom tanks in the back tho so no bags pushing on them.

Ply wood marine resin. And use yours as a template if they aren't too warped
