Boulder City, NV? Anyone close able to take a quick look at a boat?

I posted this before as a boat being in Bullhead City, AZ, but the boat is actually in Boulder City, NV. Anyone able to go take a look at this boat for me? I am just looking for an idea on the actual condition. It's a long drive and I would rather not waste my time if the boat has too many issues.

I am no where near there but have bought 2 boats from Boulder. They are more than fair about revealing condition, when my nautique showed up, pics of scratches and a dent in the fender looked way worse than it actually was. From what I understand, a long distance sale is common for them.
