This guy lives down the street from me and really needs to make up his mind... either Tige or Malibu. The funny thing is he has a Malibu VLX and makes fun of my Tige by calling it a "ti-gay".

Maybe he is switching boats, or is bi-curious, I don't know, just thought it was too funny not to share.

I think that is freaking hilarious...Ti-gay lol. I love both boats, in fact I was day dreamming the other day and if I could pull the trigger on a new boat it would be a toss up between an LSV 23 and a Tige 24 ZR4. Love both boats.

John don't lie! We now you slapped that tige sticker on there just to make fun of your neighbor! lol

That is funny!

He drives a Ford right??? That explains it all right there for ya!

Maybe he owns both brands of boats?
Old     (johnny_defacto)      Join Date: Sep 2006       04-03-2010, 10:52 PM Reply
Very possible Peter. If so, can you tell by the sticker placement which boat he prefers?

Wow, I think you hit the nail on the head Good thing he didn't drive a Chevy, cause that wouldn't explain it and we wouldn't know why he has both stickers......wow

Well the Tige sticker has the cool angle going on. Yet the Malibu is the straight and arrow one. I think it means, he owns the Malibu and his buddy owns a Tige and they often use his truck to tow it. Either that or he does not own a boat and is a boat whore and riding behind his buddies Tige and Malibu. Although in that case he forgot a couple of my favorite brands stickers to help generate awesome tows.

Then again he drives a Ford F350 and likes white, which explains nothing

HAHA, very funny John!! Well played, taking advantage of me while out of town!! So this is why you texted me asking "Hey man you in town?"

Actually, what happened is that John's truck is too gay and female-like to actually pull a boat (it's a DODGE, so THAT'S a no-brainer). Since he knew we could never take his truck to the lake, but might pull his boat some day, he figured he would assert his unfortunate preference in boats onto the truck that would be doing the actual towing. Once his Ti-GAY sinks (which I'm sure will be soon), we can go ahead and just take the sticker back off.

John, maybe you should tell everyone that you are eyeing an Axis...that happens to basically be a Malibu. Oh snap!!

As a side note, I actually could give 2 craps about boat choice, truck choice, and whatever anybody thinks about the size of my pee-pie due to my big, tough, white, over-compensating F-350. It's just that, a choice! Of course I have some kind of owner-goggles, but it's all in good fun. And at least my big, gay truck sees plenty of dirt/sand use going riding and pulling things (mostly Dodges) out of the sand.

John, I'll be by your house later with the tow-strap to get your truck to the shop to be fixed (I'm sure something will break between now and then).

Warmest regards,
Danny

Its even better when the guy has a sense of humour about it. Danny, how did you get conned into putting the 'bu sticker on the right, away from traffic, indicating a preference for Tige? Hahaha.

I think you should add some waves through half of the Tige so it looks like it is sinking LOL.

Dearest Danny,

When you come by later remind me to give back your "oil-leak catch pans" that you have to keep under your truck when parked. I had to borrow them because my mother-in-law was parking her Ford Explorer in my driveway while she was visiting.

Also, I am "eyeing" an Axis because of the 3200 lbs of stock (plug and play) ballast. Malibu doesn't have that option and I want a huge wake just like my Tige has stock with TAPS only!

Sincerely,

John

Danny...Looks like you're busted.

Hopefully you two weren't great friends, or he is not your only pull.

Ah, the sweet taste of revenge. What John failed to remember is that I just happen to have a vinyl plotter at home, and plenty of patience…

God that is awesome. The Tige thing needs to be available for sale. At that point you, the seller, will know my true identity and I think you'd be very very surprised.
