Hey guys,

anyone ridden the Ronix Phoenix, Hyperlite Vigilante, or anything from CTRL (hard to get in the UK at the moment it seems) and can comment on the differences? Appreciate the Hyp's low price is offset with the not low price of the System bindings, but hey.

Hoping to get on the first two next weekend, will be hitting sliders, rails & kickers all day long on whatever I buy

Seriously NO-ONE has been on ANY of these???

Talk to me about alternatives by all means- Slingshot are hard to come by on this side of the pond, but I'm all ears as to what's going to last- just want a continuous rocker & really durable base- what's good that I'm missing!?

I've rode the CTRL RX and it's my favorite that I've ever been on. I've rode a watson hybrid, a slingshot, a company, a ps3, and a witness. CTRL is the top, witness is my second favorite, I'm not much for flex on the cable anymore, so the RX is my suggestion

If your going to be hitting rails, sliders and kickers I would seriously think about getting a board with a slider base. I pick for riding at the cable and a great cross over to boat would be the Watson Hybrid or the Deluxe Hybrid!

Humanoid boards are sick. I ride OWC all the time and having been using the same board for over a year and still holding up great. I have bot Flex and Stiff and both hold up great on park. Send me PM if you interested in getting one i can help you get one

I demo-ed the PHoenix but I ride wake. To me it seemed that the board really does flex more towards the tip and tail, an less in the centre. Also is wasn't REALLY loose, but held it edge like nobody's business and was a seriously quick board. Haven't ridden any of the others but I'm coming off a watson hybrid and a severance
