The Wakeboard Closet

So I am building a closet to put 15 plus years of wakeboard junk in. Any suggestions? My space is about 12'x8' refer to the picts. I really want it to be totally organized. I am thinking racking old boards standing up sideways like books on a book shelf (no bindings or fins). Then another area for boards with bindings. A box or shelf for bindings. about a 6 foot bar for hanging wetsuits with a timer fan faced at them. A litle work bench to switch out bindings/fins. Any recommendations would be great.
