Hey guys.... Looking for some firsthand weather info from the delta. It's been non-stop windy lately. We're looking to get out tonight. Accuweather shows 7mph winds. I'm down with that, but not the 25+ that have been going on lately.

Anyone out in the area that can shed info for me?

Thanks in advance.

I'm no scientist but I would say we have at least 20 mph gusts right now. Theres no way in hell I would think about going out to ride right now. However the past few days it has died down in the evening pretty well. Check in with me when it gets closer to departure time for ya and I'll give you a heads up

We went out Monday, and it was blowing pretty hard about 1:00 when we went out. By 3:00 it was complete butter on the right slough. If the wind is coming straight out of the North, you won't have a problem.

That's what I like to hear.... Anybody want to ride? Callen? Jarrod bailed to ride dirtbikes, so it's Billy and I. We're trying to get our boat lined up right now. It's been at NorCal for the winter.

What's with all the wind lately? Tide has been real low in the afternoon, too. Went out yesterday and it was blowing pretty good, but as mentioned it died out eventually and we had perfect water...

Wind is extra strong out of NorthWest. That is always the worst direction. Maybe it will die down this evening. We were going to go out at 2 but now it is a definate no. Winds Friday are supposed to be 40mph. OUCH
