While wakeskating yesturday I fractured my fibula right above the growth plate. Some how I crashed behind the jetski when it was turing and fractured it. Went to the doc today and got the x-ray and now I am wearing a boot. Any ways there just went my wakeboarding season. Any idea how long it will take to heal? Anyone ever have this happen?

That sucks Paul! Sorry to hear it. And just as it's getting warmer outside. Looks like you'll be the driver for a while.

Wouldnt the question on healing be one that you would ask at the doc? Either way.. sucks!

Fractured my fib twice the same one like 1 week apart lol lets just say my doc wasn't very happy First on was a compound fracture just a clean break took like 6-8 weeks but the second was a spiral fracture and im trying to think back but i think that one took a lil longer of course i think my doc just cept me in a cast longer cause i broke it so fast after release before.
