Looks like we will be having another public forum on the new rules on the upper Willamette River. Probably be good if we get as many as we can to attend. . . .

Wow...those things are a given up here in New Hampshire. 150 ft from shore at all times, and 150 ft behind whatever the boat in front of you is pulling. If not pulling anything, then 150 ft behind boat.

Supposed to apply even on rivers...

Maybe up here in NH we're just anal :-)
