I currently have a mid 90's MB Sports Boss 210 with a teak swim platform. The platform is nice but i would really like a fiberglass platform so we can have a custom SeaDeck pad made for it. Does anyone know who or how much it would cost to have one built? i've tried searching for them but they seem to be very hard to come by. Any advice would be greatly appreciated this is one of my many winter projects for the boat.

You could always get the existing one Line X`d or make your own out of plywood and have it Line X`d. I do already have a fiberglass one on my 2000 MB but it was getting chipped and marked up so I had it sprayed.

I thought about doing this exact thing and then having a custom seadeck pad made. Anyone know if it can be applied onto a teak platform?

Rhino lining is a rougher application but more rubbery then Line X. It's bed liner for pick ups. Find a local dealer to see exact product. You could line x right over your platform you made Ben.

Garon, yes, you could apply seadek right over top as well. I'm pretty sure seadeck just has sticker type backing to stick to anything. Although wood being porous may not stick for ever.

I built a successful prototype of one, just have to build the plywood/fiberglass version. We may also go HDPE sheet for the platform instead.
Here is a link to my build post, pricing is towards the end.
