This past weekend I was able to score 2 overhead surf racks like the ones on agenda surf web site (1 new-1 used), a large box anchor(used), a sand/ spike(used) and a fly high ballast bag and tsunami pump(used) for $250. Saved me a bunch of cash!! Anyone else find any good deals this year?
I bought a 2000 wakesetter vlx 7 years ago for $12,000, put $5,000 in sacs, tower speakers, ect., used it for 6 years, and sold it for $23,500. It was extremely clean when i sold it

Reason: typo
I picked up a 2012 Watson Hybrid still in the plastic on Craigslist for 100 bucks. Good deal to me. I don't care about older graphics! Along with the free watson boots I was able to pick up through my company rewards program, I have an all new set-up for this season , on the cheap!
I wondered the same thing, but there are lots of used G23s on Onlyinboards too. Prices are $5-10k higher on average. Not sure how that correlates to their "as sold" prices.
I think its really because of who buys these boats. They have a high net worth and buy a new boat every year or two. So lots of nearly new used ones.
Ok that's a 2013 that prob sold new for what $115? What did that 2014 star sale new for? Also I think the 2013 g wasn't exactly a flop but it's certainly not nearly as sought after as a 2014 will be due to the 2:1 and 17" prop that the 2014's got.
If your in the know u wouldn't ever buy a 2013 409 g23 unless it was seriously reduced. A 2014 G not so much an issue with a 409.
Seriously though you guys can't sit there and say the new star was a success story. Largest MC dealer here in WI has sold 3. Yep 3 total since inception! Was talking to him last weekend about it. X23 on other hand he says he has no more build slots left for this year...
I think the problem that you have seen is lees of a push from the core wakeboarding boat to a boat that does it all very well. The X-Star is a great wakeboard wake. I have not surfed it with GEN2 but have heard great reviews. Personally I don't think the surf wave on the G is all that great. The wakeboard wake is big but I found the same pop with the G and the Xstar. Both have a different shape but produce the same end result. What's funny is half the people that bash MC and rave about the G don't even own one.
Here on WW MC is a garbage boat and shouldn't be considered one of the top manufacturers. I forgot the incompetence that I'm dealing with.
On WW its MB, Supra, and Axis that run are the BIG 3. Never ceases to amaze me.
