That's a great amplifier. Dual power supplies. Strictly regulated so it still develops full power as the voltage supply sags.....thus performing like an amplifier rated at more power. Efficient Class D. Extremely high speed switching. However, if there is a reason why you want to stay within the JL Audio amplifier line then a better tower option is the JL Audio HD750/1. More power and less cost.
If I planned to run a single pair then my search would have been over with the Wetsounds Syn4.
Perfect power. Right price. There is no way to screw up bridging with the Syn4.
