Hey guys, I recently got a new G25 this summer. I'm am intermediate rider, nothing too advanced. But I was wondering if I should be riding at 70 or 75 feet back? Any opinions on which is best for the G25?

Thanks!

completely personal preference... there is no length that you "should" ride at.

The Longer the line the faster the boat goes, totally personal preference like Bryce said.

Nice whip.

What do you consider intermediate level of riding and what speed do you feel comfortable riding at? Can you clear the wake toeside, switch? Inverts?

Start at 70 going about 22mph or slower if you're not comfortable going 22. As you start to consistantly clear the wake and become more comforatble taking hard cuts at the wake lengthen the line to 75 and increase boat speed.

go to planetnautique forums. A lot of G25 owners can give you their specific setups.

I've been riding behind the G23 once a week for the last month. 22.5mph and 65' line. Might up it to 70/23 next time out and see how it goes.

In my opinion 75 feet is too long for an intermediate rider. Long lines and fast speeds are often the reason people stop progressing. Many pros are riding the G at 73 feet I hear.
