Hi all,

Just wanting to get some idea of where people have placed their subs and amps in a Malibu response LX? If you attach some photos, that would be appreciated.

An LX is an open bow, so there's not as much storage room.

8" sub above driver's feet (10" or bigger would require moving the vent hoses).

Amp rack under dash.

Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.

Ill post some pics later tonight but I have a 12 alpine type r in a sealed box behind the observer seat. I put down a large thick rubber floormat that I got from autozone so the box could sit on it and wouldn't slide plus it keeps water from getting to the box if you happen to take a roller over the bow. I have it pushed all the way forward where the back of the box is basically on the wall behind the seat in the bow. and I mounted the amp on top of the box. my amp for the tower speakers is mounted to the left of the box beside the battery. theres still plenty of storage in there too since you can put stuff under the observer seat as well...pics to come
