Is there a way to repair the threads on a Fly High sac that have been cross threaded? One of the fittings came loose while the sac was full and water was gushing out of the sac. I was in a hurry to replace the fitting and crossed the threads. Now the fitting doesn't seal properly. Is there a way to uncross the threads?

try some teflon tape on the threads when you put it back in

Tried teflon tape and that slowed the leak but still leaks under pressure.

screw the male plug in very straight, the threads are just plastic, they should go back to normal. If not you can always PVC cement them in ....but it's permanent.

or go to a specialty shop or machine shop as get a tap and re tap ( hopefully you can use the same size)?
