I finally made it home (from Afghanistan)

Hey all,

I made it home a couple days ago, nothing like landing in the good ol USA.

We flew non-stop from Ireland to Hurlburt Field Florida, when the cabin door opened and the humid gulf air hit me it was like a breath of fresh air...

Am hitting the water this weekend, wish me luck.

Congrats on the safe return. I'm in the Army Nurse Corps. and havent been yet, however, I take care of soliders daily that have been and I appreciate the sacrifice.

I have been working on the boat all week, installed a tower on the boat (I ordered it online before I left Bagram) and cant wait to try it out, I have never rode with a tower.

At least I get the summer home.
