Ok, so i got the bindings, had them molded etc...i have two really quick questions...

1. Should the tongue of the bindings be on the inside, or the outside of the other liners when cinched closed? I just put them on today and i noticed that on one, it was on the outside, and the other on the inside..so it made me wonder...

2. Is it just me, or are the binding really comfortable until you get down to the bottom part, where the J-bars go, where you have your ankle support. The binding liner switches from the lyrca liner to some sort of a tacky material, that material seems to rub on my ankle a bit...will that go away with use? Hopefully some of you fellas can help me out, thanks in advance!

the tounge on the liner goes on the inside. If you take out the J bars then you won't notice the sticky material as much but might get some heal lift. If you leave them in then I think you will just have to get used to the tacky material cause it holds on pretty good.
