helium vest sizing

I was just checkin out some of the selection from the helium site n really like some of the stuff they've got out. But when it came down to picking a size i couldn't find a sizing chart or anything so i have no clue what i should be getting. My A-10 is a medium and really snug but still good. Any ideas on a site that would have a sizing chart or what others are riding?

i am selling them on ebay and if you wear a medium in the a10 you should get a medium in the helium all my vest run from 70- 90 dollars plus 9 dollar shipping go look at bethjim0 thats my screen name on ebay
