Wakeboarding in Little Rock area

Hey folks,

I live in sunny Wisconsin, but my parents live in Arkansas, near Little Rock, on the Arkansas river (lucky punks :-)) Anyway, I'm bringing my Nautique down, along with a couple of friends, for a few days riding May 1-6. I am wondering if anyone has recommendations for places to ride in the Little Rock area. We'll try to use the river (so long as it's safe-- at the moment, the 30 foot whirlpools are a danger sign to me), but other than that, what will be accessable by then?

Greers Ferry Lake, Lake Catherine, Lake Ouachita (sp?), Lake Degray are all good lakes within 1.5 hours of Little Rock but Ouachita is probably my favorite. There are also some nearby oxbow type lakes a little closer and others around here may post them up. We are getting slammed with rain now so there will be plenty of water in them and unless something freakish happens with the weather you will be able trunk.

The river is running high now too which means lots of current and trash but who knows what it will be in a month. The river is ridable but not as nice compared to the lakes listed.
