So last night I tried my first Whirly six it didn't work out and I broke my ankle so my wakeboard days are over this season and will have to settle for surfing .

I feel your pain. My season is over also. I torn a lower ab muscle. It turned purple near my belly button and near my side. It was the worst pain I have ever felt.

Post some pics of the xrays. I would like to see what you broke on your foot.

Not out for the season but for a few weeks myself. Hitting the kicker at the cable park hurt my LCL pretty good. Have been limping all week. Apparently at 34 your body doesn't like booting off kickers as much.lol.

Whirtly six is short of a whirly 7, didn't quite make the full 7 so you end up on your toe side and face

I don't like these threads. I never like to hear about the potential injuries. I try to pretend they don't exist and it will never happen to me. Sorry about the ankle. Here's to a speedy recovery!
