My new Bu is being born, and I am deciding what head unit will go in it. The Sony MP-40 is standard, and I was told the mp-80 is nice. I noticed the MP-40 has no anti-skip buffer, and no sub pre amp output. The MP-80 appears to be discontinued, but is still available.
I am spending several thousand on amps, and speakers, and have all that decided, but now am undecided on the head unit.
My one requirement is that it has to be the Sony so that the hard-wired remotes will work with it.
Any input and suggestions would be appreciated.
