I have an 08 Tige 24Ve, and am fully redoing the sound system sometime in the next few months. I have a full exile system ready to be installed (speakers, both in boat and tower, and sub and amps). Not really sure if I need anything special headunit wise or not. Just looking for a single din (will go in the glove box) with bluetooth, sub adjustment, the ability to add two remotes, and $150 or so for the unit itself. What do you guys recommend? Also what kind of connections should I be using? Anything else I will need for the install? I believe exile included all the wiring for speakers and sub. Have very little experience with stereo installs other than doing a sub and head unit in a pickup, so any advice/education would be appreciated.

Thanks

I just bought the Pioneer DEH-X9600BHS for my boat. I've always been a Pioneer fan and had one in my last boat. So, I decided to try this unit. I haven't put it in yet but I liked the display. So me things that attracted me to it were the display, (3 SETS) 4V pre-amp outputs, multiple Bluetooth connections so other people can pair their phone at the same time. android phone control. I am also curious to try the mixtrax feauture. It sounded like a gimic and most likely is but looked interesting. I figured if there was anyplace it would be a cool feature, it would be on the boat.

I use a Fusion system in my boat.

Plenty of tech in it, comes ready to go with bluetooth. and best of all comes with a 4 zone setup ready to go so you don't need an EQ.

I run 3 amps, with zones 3 and 4 dedicated tower zones. I also have a remote in the dash so when the rider falls its easy to turn down the volume or mute.

Cool setup, just wish id done it earlier.
