Popped a lace and looking for a quick fix that doesn't involve me ordering anything online. Eventually will order replacement strings from Slingshot but looking for a fix until then. I know somebody else has to have had this happen with these. Anything out there that will work as a quick fix?

maybe some thin nylon string from hardware store?

are you using the old black laces or the later generation white and black and slightly thicker laces?
the new ones i think are definitely better

oh oh. *light bulb*

how about the lace from the liners? sould be able to spare the not-as-important laces from the liners. hopefully the length is good though??

Its the 2011 black laces. Had that same light bulb lol the liner laces were half the length. Have a few pieces of string I am going to try.

I've heard of someone using weed-eater line. Not sure about how tying it would work as I haven't tried it myself, but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't break!
