I need to develop a new quicky website for something. I have used dreamweaver and Iweb for a long time. I know word press is the way to go, but I just don't have time to learn something new. Is there a simple Apple piece of software that I can whip up a one page site?

If you want to have it done by someone, my wife does this stuff for living as a freelance, she can probably give you a competitive quote on it.

In my opinion, there is no software package out there that can create a GOOD website.

You said you've used iWeb before, why not now? I still use it all the time for basic, informational sites.

if you can use dreamweaver you can use wordpress. Just buy a template, from a site like organic templates and you can be off and running real fast. Why bother designing a CSS and html when you can have it done for you. There are tons of custom scripts available that are super easy to install. I spent hours and hours developing a beautiful flash site in Adobe suite and then scraped it on for a lightweight wordpresss template in the end that loaded way faster

Thanx guys. Am thinking WIX for now and than relearn wordpress. Seems like wordpress is really the standard so guess I need to add it to the list of software I teach myself.
