I'm looking for info on any tow boats that have a cuddy cabin of some sort. I want an inboard but also want a place to crash out for the night if need be.. Is there anything out there or is this combo too perfect to exist?

Mastercraft made something called a 300 a few years ago that was absolutely boss. I think Malibu had something in the early 2000s, but that may have just been a head, not a cabin.

A few older Supras were made in Cuddy's - like Bravura maybe? Mastercraft made the Maristar 240SC from about 89-93.

Thanks for the help. That tsunami along with the 300 would be amazing but a little more than what I'm looking for at the moment. Maybe my mid life crisis lol. I'm more looking for the pirata. It just sucks that they are few and far between.. Anyone know why no major manf. hasn't made anything like the pirata/bravura? It seems toe there would be a market for it? Am I just crazy?

Have you seen some of those cubby's for sale... yuck... I wouldn't let me dog sleep inside some of the ones I have seen. Sounds like you need a yatch. I hear that there is a yatch thread on here that people surf behind... haven't seen the thread though. GL in the search. Really hard finding a clean cabin on most boats

I used to have a pirata. Big block had potential. But the closed bow wasnt useful and was just storage really. For a 23' boat it didnt like rough water unless you put enough weight in the nose to keep it down.

how important is the wake? or it being an inboard?

grew up with a friend who had a Chris Craft with the stabbin' cabin. wake sucked and its an i/o, but if that's what blows your skirt up, they're out there too.

Have a custom upholstery shop build you a tent that snaps onto your travel cover snaps. Have attachment points for the wake tower instead of tent poles. Then you won't have to sacrifice so much in the wake quality. Plus the tent would probably be more spacious and comfortable than a cuddy. If you have a heater in the boat it may even be comfortable.
