I just installed a Wet Sound ws-420 equalized in my 2013 v215s. I also installed a Perko switch to run duel batteries. I am just running the EQ to run my stereo and I don’t have a receiver. I connected the EQ to the Red accessory wire. The issue I am having, is that every time I turn my Perko switch on, the EQ and my amps power up, without the key in the ignition. I also tried the yellow wire and it does the same thing. The only difference is when I connected the yellow wire, my EQ would stay on for a few minutes after I turned off my Perko switch. With the red wire my EQ would turn off right away after I turned off my Perko switch. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated

How do you have the eq and amps hooked up? That is an important question.
From the sounds of it, it sounds like your remote lead to turn them on is an always hot lead, so whenever you power up the system with the perko switch, the amps turn on.

He doesn't have a traditional "remote" lead, since he's not running a headunit.

OP, my suggestion to you would be to actually add a switch to your dashboard for music. That way you can control the stereo on/off independently of any other systems.

You need to connect the EQ's B+ to the same source as the amps' B+ and then use a rocker switch to trigger the EQ and amps' turn-on circuit .

Obviously, but he still needs a switched remote lead. From the sounds of it, it seems like he has both the power and the remote in on both set to a constant 12v source.
