I have a 2006 vlx that currently has the chipping on one the tower poles due to the windshield previously rubbing that spot (i fixed it). The admiral (aka fiance) would like this area touched up so there's not a giant shiny silver spot on an all black tower. Has anyone had any luck doing touch up paint on towers? Looking for potential recommendations/tactics/success stories. Please see the attached photo of my problem spot.

I can't tell how big the spot is from your picture. What I have used in the past is a paint pen. The kind with a shaker ball in it like spray paint. Few layers/ coats with it and its tough to see it unless your really looking for it.
