I also have two of the 350 lb sacs. I bought them back when I wanted cheap ballast for my I/O. Now I have built in ballast in my current boat so I just keep one of them under my bow cushion filled at all times and the other one is a spare I'll use for surfing. Like LightningRon said, the inner bladder can move around inside the cover so the valve doesn't align with the hole in the cover at times. Also when the bag is full and you're taking the cap off to hook up the pump to empty, water shoots out until you can get the pump hooked up. These things aren't a huge deal, especially for me now since I keep it filled and never deal with filling and emptying them anymore.
They do what they're made to do, hold water without leaking. I would recommend not getting that package deal. Buy the ballast bags and pick up the Tsunami 1200 gph pump instead of that 800. Trust me, the faster pump is worth it. Just make sure you get one of those blue waterbed fittings with it.
