They are not square wheels. They are skate wheels with a wave pattern foot print. They are definitely still round.

Of Course there Round thay wouldn't Ride Sooo Smooth,If you watch Da Video,And Saw the ring rolling ,It's a Self generating wheel,Like when you carve you front wheel of your bike back and forth ,You can generate speed.And That what makes it work.

Pretty cool. I think " re-invented the wheel" is a strong statement. "Square Wheel" is a really strong statement.
