For those who've ridden both sets of boots, I'm curious to get your opinion on which you like better and why? I understand the Parks boots have a bit more flex in them than the One's but is it that noticeable?

I own both. I ride the parks boots in the park and the One boots off the wake. I can swap them and it doesn't really make any difference. Over a long enough time scale all of Ronix's pro boots break in and feel about the same. Starting out the Ones may be a little stiffer, but they break in really nice. I would buy the pair that you can get the best deal on.

I've had both, same year 14's I think. There was a big difference in flex to me yes.

With the parks I could tweak ankles all the time. Had them for one season. Switched to ones and haven't had an ankle tweaking yet in 2-3 seasons.

Nothing is better than system bindings. You are completely locked in with your edge. Everyone that I put in them coming from a traditional binding endes up loving them cause you have so much more control

I have access to Ones and ride Parks currently. Moving to the RXTs today. I can certainly notice the increased stiffness of the Ones. I prefer the Parks because of that. Otherwise they are pretty similar. Same general design/tech. I'm going to try the RXTs out because they are supposed to be similar to a Parks with a little better heel lock. That sounds perfect to me.

So, I did end up ordering the Ones and first time out they feel pretty stiff to me, to the point where it was difficult to ride in them. However, for a few years back, I rode the Cell's, which I don't think are made anymore, but my understanding is that was the stiffest boot in their line at that time. And I liked the Cell's and rode fine in them. After my Cell's tore, a buddy let me ride his Frank's, which I've ridden for the last 3 years. The Frank's were already broken in when I started riding them and have since broken in even more, obviously.

So, my thinking is that I'll probably like the One's once they're broken in more? Someone please let me know if you think I'm wrong? If that's true, how can I break them in faster?

I appreciate all the responses.

Just don't tighten them up so much. Ride with the laces only snug not crazy tight. Snug up the bottoms and leave the tops a little loose maybe. Then just ride all the time. It will take a week or two of riding every day until they are good and broken in.
