I heard Mike Dowdy hurt his knee again in yesterday’s pro tour stop. Does anyone have video or more information on this?

looked like he under rotated slightly on a double roll, didn't look that bad at first but he said something on instagram about 6-9 months out. such a bummer, he's one of my favorite riders to watch but the level of riding has gotten insane so not surprising.

Definitely sucks. Was he not wearing a knee brace?

Nope, and it looks like the same knee as last time

He dislocated his knee which causes him to tear a few things and it is his opposite knee of the one he heart before

Interesting because he went in left leg first...

Though my non-repaired leg bothers me less than my repaired leg so maybe I shouldn’t be surprised

Such a bummer. The way these guys are pushing the limits, injury is inevitable, but I hate to see a rider side-lined like this. I hope Mike makes a fast recovery and gets back to the top ASAP. The sport needs him.
