Can anyone suggest a good spot to camp at shasta? I want to tie my boat from shore (boat buddy). And am looking to camp with it in sight. Have houseboated there, but want to camp with friends (@25 people).

Jones Valley has the best shoreline camping with your boat in front of you.

oh wow lol i just got back today, We camped at baily cove for a week. there is a shoreline spot there, when you are about halfway down the boat ramp, make a left on the little off ramp thing, and this is some flat ground there if you follow that for a lil while. we kept our boat there for a week without a problem!!! but you have to launch at packers bay baily cove is too low

I've seen Bailey on the map, I saw Bailey was low. So I thought shore camping might be rough there. Thanks,
