Hey guys!

Looking for a longboard to surf on to do doubles and maybe some hang 5s or 10s.
I would LOVE to buy a custom or wakesurf specific long board but, need to save some $$$$ first.

Anyway the wavestorm boards would work?

Also, these boards are "reviewed" highly...

That 8' board in the first link will be too big but the Odysea 5' Thruster might work.

Always wanted to try the Costco board or a SUP. Let us know if it works.

They are all pretty much pigs in the water, that said the wave storm works fine as a longboard. It is not good, it is hard to control, as they are too buoyant and buck all over the place. The fins also have a tendency to fall out. But for a buck 50 give it a go. Either way the kids will enjoy laying around on it.

Love Costco, great selections of meet & they will remind you the fact that Al Bundy once score 4 touch downs in a single game playing for the Polk High School Panthers in the 1966 city championship game versus Andrew Johnson High School, including the game-winning touchdown in the final seconds against his old nemesis, "Spare Tire" Dixon

I have one and they are fun to play around on. You can practice popping up like normal surfing. Getting up sideways is a bit tough because it is so buoyant. I take the kids on it with me and they have fun.
