Have you actually used one of these. I feel it is kinda expensive also but has alot of R&D and if it actually works (which it does)what kind of price do you put on advancing your skills. Not bashing just people need to overlook the over priced remarks. How many boats, wakeboards, clothing vests, and so on..... are not over priced. We buy them allowing them to be over priced.

How much R&D does it really need to bounce on a trampoline? I use an old kids snowboard with bindings small enough for my shoes. Seems like a rocket science price for something so simple.

"We buy them allowing them to be over priced."

One more reason why I'm not buying one of these.

Guess you don't buy boats, wakeboards, or even everyday clothes for that matter. You do have a good point but now convince the other thousands of people to stop buying and we will all be driving Xstars for $45000 someday.

J-Rod. I had the same exact idea the other day at Sports Authority. I found a 140 kids board for 70 bucks but couldnt pull the trigger. I am assuming you dulled the metal edges significantly right? How is the trampoline holding up to the boards use? Was the width wide enough for your stance or did you t-bolt it?

In all fairness, how hard would it be to take an older kids snowboard shape, not insert the metal edges and add some more flex to it? You could even have stance adjustments. Pretty sure you could keep that pretty cheap, sell the deck only so people could use their outdated snow binders on it and save some bucks.

I have yet to get on a guru, they should have had a demo at the pleasanton show, that could have created a LOT of sales.

Jim, i'm sure its a worthy tool. Just not sure its a $300 tool. Maybe this the 'entry' price? like a ps3 is 800 bucks. THEN its really 400...?

Matt. I taped the edges. Stance was fine.

I'd say $70.00 is even too much.

Phillip Soven's Pro Model is 800 dollars

As the Guru, the price must include what Soven and Dallas are getting paid because I made a board with almost identical materials for around 120 bucks using snow board bindings and a McMaster Carr catalog.
