I am wondering if anyone can relate here.....
Reader Warning (Gross topic)
I always somehow end up tearing off the calluses on my hands when I ride hard, and it blows because they hurt like sh*t when I ride afterwards. Basically, they get really thick and the skin builds up during the week working out at the gym and such. On the weekends when I go to ride, if I am really gripping the handle tight and go down, they always tend to rip off.
What do people do to take care of their hands? Do any of you experience similar problems?
Any help or advice would be appreciated!
