Hello guys. So my season started but now when I can call myself an advanced rider the air gets really high and the landings are not as soft as wanted. Others also calls me cable park rat So the problem is that now I kinda started to feel a big joints ache at night or when I try to rest after shreddin. I shred about once everyday sometimes twice the sessions is about 45 mins. Mainly I ride at system 2.0 so the ache is not only the knee joints but also elbow joints. Someone maybe has the same problem or know how to avoid it ?

Is the pain recent or like slowly progressed/been going on a long time

Also, what is your stretch routine

The pain is recent. I dont stretch much just like 5 mins before shreding. What is interesting for me that when I ride there is no pain.. When 2-3 hours passes after my session the pain becomes very very hard...

Everyone needs time off for recovery. It sounds to me like you're overdoing it. Especially if your elbows are hurting. This is usually a symptom of just holding on too long.

This is by no means a fix but if you're not taking fish oil daily then you should be. For more than just fighting inflammation and joint pain... I prefer cod liver oil but any kind will be better than none.

Heavy landings are an issue. Try to avoid big impacts (particularly daily) where possible, only doing them when necessary (shooting pics, video, trying a new trick). I'd also make sure you are warming up and warming down after a ride. Finally, drink more water to ensure full recovery.

Water, proper recovery time and after riding stretches would help a lot I think
