you know what?? I wouldn't recommend using beer bottles full of hot water or cylindrical stuff like that... remember that footbed are made of EVA foam just like the underlay of a binding except softer... I did this once and my footbeds took the shape of the bottle which made the bindings less comfortable for a while... they got back to the original shape a couple of weeks later but were always softer... the best way to stretch bindings IMO is to soak em in very hot water(almost boiling) for 5 minutes, then put them on dry and let them cool down... you might want to wear a pair of wool socks to bloc a bit of the heat and to stretch them a little more...
