i ride both boards. im riding the 3ds 139 and the covin 143. these boards are very similar but i do feel the covin is improved over the 3ds if you like this style of a board. they both land extremely solid with a very consistent pop off the wake. i like the covin slightly better because for me it gives a slightly wider stance and a little more length.

the covin is alittle faster and it definately has more pop but still very smooth. the covin is very aggresive and is always wanting to gain speed forward wehter it be landing and still keeping its forward momentum or slashing the wake as hard as you can.

also if youre looking into the covin you might wanna look into the 139 for the covin because they are slightly lighter than the 3ds and they ride shorter than they actually are.

bily e how are the landings with the covin?? are they as soft as the 3ds. Having had a couple of knee sugeries, I am looking for soft landings..

Colin, I guess I have to look at my own profile. That tower is made by Samson Sports and it is called a Razor It was made for Tige Malibu Sanger Crownline and a few other brands. I no longer have that boat, new one will have another Samson Tower just not sure which one.
