I second Prop MD. I had them do my Cruised Brass props this winter and they were reasonable and did great work.

I'll third PropMD - they do great work at good prices, and have quick turn-around. I've used them a few times.

Sent my prop to OJ props for repairs on Monday with next day shipping and the prop was at my door step on Thursday afternoon. OJ is great to work with and offers quick turnaround.
