Ronix Ibex vs Parks

I've been looking to get on a new board for a while, and had the opportunity today to ride a Ronix Mana and Ibex. I didn't really like the feel of the Mana (never really felt comfortable on it, for whatever reason), but took one set on the Ibex and loved it. Of course, Ronix didn't make the board in 2012, and from what I've heard the 2012 Parks is essentially an Ibex with less rocker. If I'm digging the Ibex, what are the odds that I'm going to find the Parks to be to my liking? I've tried to find the 2011 and 2010 Ibex online but can't find it in anything besides the 134 (I'm looking for the 139).

i ride the ibex same as above and love it!

I had the 2010 Ibex and am now riding the 2012 Parks. I think both boards perform about the same. I feel like I might be getting a little more pop out of the Parks is all.

I had a 2010 Ibex and broke my board halfway through the season. They replaced it with a 2012 Parks but since it wasn't arriving very quickly at that time of the summer I bought the 2011 Ibex. The 2010 and 2011 Ibex are the same shape and I found I like that shape much better. The 2012 has a little less straight-up pop and lets you carry more speed which some people prefer, but if you loved the 2010 or 2011, you might find the 2012 harder to adjust to.

Just recently bought the 2011 Ibex off evo.com at a 139 and love it

Do any of you guys feel that the Ibex grips the water a little more so you kind of move slower across the water?

Not at all. It just feels and looks wider than any other board I've ridden giving it more stability.

Ordered the 2011 Ibex yesterday, should be in my hands next Wednesday!
