70+ degrees yesterday in Dallas and this morning the wind chill was 14! Thankfully it is supposed to be back up in the 70's by the end of the week. Weather here is crazy strange.

Woke up to -33 degC this morning. Sure makes you want to go to work doesn't it. For you folks south of the border that is a bone chilling -28 F. The worst part is the wind is blowing as well!!!!

I don't try to take my boat out if it's below freezing anymore. It only takes one time seeing your boat and trailer sliding next to your truck as you roll down the road. You quickly realize it ain't a good time to tow it to the lake.

No, I don't have to walk. I have to walk to my tuck in the garage, drive to work and then walk into my office. But remember I am old

I went Snowboarding on Sunday @ Lookout Pass and it was -6 and -30 with the wind chill! Luckily we stopped at the indoor surf pool on the way home and it was a comfy 85!

The good news is snow is forecast for then next couple of days!

What's all this talk about global warming? It snowed here in Las Vegas yesterday 5" in the northwest part of town, and 15" about an hour away on Mt Charleston.

I had an ice puddle on the front of the boat cover this morning.

This is unreal!

You can't see ten feet in front of your face right now it's snowing so hard. We're having 40 to 50 mph gusts as I speak and there's no end in sight for the next three days!

I heard planes taking off later last night once the snow let up, so you may get in close to on time Steven.

-9 this morning. windchill temp -25 or worse.

If you're young and unattached and think you might want a warmer climate, my advice is try it now while you can. It gets harder later to move. Eventually it might be impossible.

That said, we suck it up every winter around here and still overall like the quality of life (maybe except today!!)

Cliff, you still gonna do the Christmas run if the weather is like this? I had to go to the airport last night to pick up my kid. That was quite an adventure!
