I don't believe it. I fully believe that that biatch Mother Nature knows that I moved onto the lake and is going to screw me over for what should be the best summer of my life.

btw - my boat will be ready for the rotation for Sat's BBB.

Glad it's going to be 70. 'Cause 69 just wouldn't do for me.

I'm glad I got the boat de-winterized early since all the shops are backed up this time of year. I'll be out for a bit on Saturday too to break in the summer!

PS-Brett, thanks for recommending eastside services. they fixed my value issue on time and did it right for less than boat shops.

Dave sorry about that. I only post those pictures to torture cliff but I guess I didn't think about collateral damage.
Hopefully the weather will hold for the weekend..

It was pretty darn nice today weather wise. I didn't get out on the water but I saw some crazy fools out there wearing shorty wetsuits so it couldn't have been too bad.

I'm so jealous of you guys in the south right now. Sometimes wish I could move back to Texas. But I'll be happier than you in July and August . Yes, it hit around 65 in Spokane today and should be 70 tomorrow. I never seen so many people out in the parks, washing cars, mowing laws... anything to get out and enjoy the nice weather.

Luckily I didn't jump the gun and try to bring the boat out. We did run up and check out the boat ramp though, anyone care to try and launch here?

The spring run off should be be huge this year, I guess they're trying to get ready for it, LOL.

hit 65 on the slopes and 84 at the lake today.

How's that for mocking the great northwest.

I'll post pics when tomorrow when I sober up.

Adam,
Where is that at?

Paul,
Not sure about those lakes. I know Newman is frozen and Liberty is not.

Looks pretty good. I thought I saw Darins boat out there yesterday.
You should have been out this morning as well. It wasn't as nice weather wise but the water was total glass. I guess people thought the rain was coming sooner.

Got out on the water today with Greg, thanks man! Not the best water but the weather was great and the wake was kicking. Here are some pics:

Greg recently picked up a SkySki and has been learning and doing well

And here is something I would have never thought I would have done today:

It was actually pretty easy to get going and I can see the potential, especially when the water is less then perfect.

Thanks again Greg for a great day!

J,

Long Lake. Where were y'all riding and who the heck was wearing the shorty?! Thats nuts. Looks like a great time though. Is Newman really still frozen? That sucks cause we were out there at this time last year and it was great, water temp was near 50. We were hoping to make it out this weekend. Maybe not if it's still that cold.

J, and Greg,

Looking forward to hooking up with you guys in another month or so. BTW, I immediately right clicked save on your Sky Ski adventure.

Adam,
We were out at Silver Lake and the kid in the shorty is a friend of Gregs daughter. Yes he was nuts and I don't think he had any nuts after his set I'll get ahold of my friend on Newman and give you an update this evening. Let me know if you end up heading out that way and need another rider.

Cliff,
Looks like you had a great weekend, we will see you in a month.

I made it out on Saturday With Jon. Thank you Jon. I had a lot of fun. I also realized that I am a terrible wakeboarder. His Nautique 220 has a huge wake with just the stock ballast. I haven't been behind too many boats with a wake even close to that size and hardness. Thanks again Jon. He also had Mark and Lance from Inland surfer out. Thanks again Jon.

Saturday was a bit of an adventure for me. Woke up at 6 so I could drive down to Belfair to pick up my dad's boat. Got there and was back on my way home by 8:30. At about 9:30 in Federal Way the trailer blew the axle bearing on the left side. I watched in the mirror as the bearing buddy flew off and bounced down the highway. Luckily I was close to an exit and got to pull over out of the way and could start working on it. After help from my dad and a couple trips to the parts store I was back on the road about 1:30. Made it home and everything was good to go. We had a few people over and watched some guys ride and BBQ'd.

I don't have any pictures of riding but I will post a couple pics of the boats anyways. Notice which boat get priority on the lift.

Jason, it was a lot of fun...let me know when you're ready to get back out there.

Cliff, we'll make the journey to smooth water when you come over...you might not go back to Seattle. Should we be concerned about the photos you saved?
