More wakeboarding here than surfing, but if any wakeboarders or surfers in Boston want to come down and ride this winter in Florida, you are welcome to come down, all you have to do is let me ride when I get up to Boston some time.

Joeshmoe, Boston local here- if you ever make it to Boston let me know, I will give you a pull anytime on my boat. Always nice to see people looking to ride!

Thanks Squamer, my son just moved to Cambridge from St. Joe's in Michigan. He used to work for Whirlpool and now works for Keurig, He sold his house in St. Joe's and had a 100k to put a nice down payment on a fixer upper around Cambridge, but his new wife would have none of that and they are now paying 4k a month on an apartment, but he really likes his job now.

Housing market up here is a killer. I am in the same boat as your son, sold a place on the lake a few years back and now in the in between renting until we find the right location.
