New Harley on the way

Super stoked! Was trying decide between the Harley and the classic. The Harley combo was cheaper than the classic with preston bindings and seems like a better board. Anyone else riding a Harley?

I like the board...but not super stoked on it....was riding a few year old obrien, and thought the harley with "aggressive 3 stage rocker" would be uhh, how do i say, ''aggressive". But you know it rides pretty much just the same as the obrien.

How does it ride? Fast, smooth poppy?

If they havnt changed it from the '13 (not sure if they have) it holds speed fairly well. The pop was solid and quick. Landings weren't the best on it though, but then again what three stage is.

Does Harley compete with his board. ... I was looking at some recent pics and it didn't look like his pro board

he rides a limited edition board i think, all pink...harley's graphics have slowly declined in aesthetics since his first pro model board

I agree not my favorite color scheme on the board but I got a good deal on the combo.... any other board I wanted was 600+ this one was 525 which is still a little more than I wanted to spend being I'm just getting back into riding but I splurged

the grind looks much better than the classic(you are correct classic is ugly but got agreat deal on it) but I went with the 2014 classic on price alone and used to ride an LF S4 for 3 years and than a Bside for two and decided after a demo the Harley was an S4 with more pop. I think its fast and smooth and pop is nice but who wants a 3 stage with too much rocker and pop? Id go back to my transcend but that was so slow. Im 44 yrs old been riding since 1996 and don't think the landings are harsh on my old knees..

BTW do NOT ride the ugly matching LF bindings(worst combo in history), ride systems on it for now but may put some Ronix Parks/ones/franks on it real soon..

Well call me crazy but i changed my order, the aesthetics of the board was too much to handle. Wanted the classic but they are sold out so i had to get the waston with preston bindings.... first new board so hopefully it will be a good ride, if not ill sale it and buy something else

you are crazy that Watson has a lot less natural pop than the Harley and if you haven't demoed it you maybe disappointed..although it may work for you , who knows..

I have a Watson and the pop is just fine . Technique is the most important ingredient in wake boarding. Without the proper technique it doesn't matter which board you ride.

Well ill never know the difference because im riding a 15yr old hyperlite anything is better to me...I think the new harley is hideous... I cant believe they are sold out of the classic but ill ride the watson and let u guys know
