I'm just about to pull the trigger on a new A22 and I really want to store it in my garage. Their website says its 7'1" tall with tower down. I have a 7' tall garage door opening. I measured the boat I'm looking at and by eyeballing using a tape measure to the top of the highest point of the windshield, it looked to be just under 7'. Has anyone had any luck or know of anyone who keeps their A22 in their garage?

Have them trailer the boat to your house and see if it fits.

Run slightly shorter tires?

If your trailer is on torsion axles you may be able to lower it 1-2". Pretty easy project.

I keep my 15 a22 in a 7' ft garage. It fits but barely. My boat is on the standard trailer and I don't think it would fit with the bigger wheels on upgraded trailers. The bimini brackets are actually the highest point of the boat when the tower is collapsed. They stick up about an inch above the windshield.

My buddy has a 23 LSV and he had similar issues. He bought some offroad tire pressure deflator things that were set at 10 psi...screw them on to deflate the tires then put the boat in the garage....made it with a couple inches to spare

The poster is right have them trailer it. My oldschool xstar fits by about a half an inch but I have a drop hitch that keeps the tongue as low as possible to get it in. I use to get it real close put it on the fulton lower the fulton to the lowest point and push it in.

Thanks guys. trailering it to my house won't work out. I'm buying it from a dealer thats about 2 hours away. I'm a little nervous since it is on the upgraded trailer with 18" wheels but the tires are low profile. I might end up having to let the air out of the tires. I'll find out next week once I bring it home.

Ed, how do you like the A22 so far?

Hey Jason, congrats in advance on the new A22! I hope my conversation with Lisa helped. Let me know when you're ready to weight it. I've got the formula! We're very happy with the wake.

Make sure you get the Plug N play with the 750s
