Ok two questions here.

How do you place the weight throughout your boat as far as rear center and front?

Second, what's the best way to add extra weight aside from fat sacs, our boat has two rear and a center, I'm thinking about duck taping up some 50lb bags if sand

You need to tell us the make and model of your boat, and what your intentions are (wakeboarding/wakesurfing).

If you want additional weight, lead is the best way to go if you aren't going to use water ballast. Google POP Products.

Pop products are not lead they are steel. Leadwakes bags are lead.

Where do you live? I have some 50 pound bags of cement mix that are all taped up that the previous owner gave me with my boat. I haven't used them yet since I've bought a couple more fly high bags...

Don't you just live it when people post a topic with little to no detail, people try and help them, then the original poster just disappears?

Maybe he put too many sandbags in his boat and it drug his tow rig down the ramp and sunk.
